2018 Community Relations Report

Community Relations Report

By Mary LaCoste

For Christmas we held a concert performed by the Youth Singers of Calgary. This event was enjoyed by all in attendance, however I felt because of the length of it that it was hard to keep the little ones’ attention. We are trying something different this Christmas.

Easter time we had the Canadian Rabbit Hopping Club and Magician, Richard Rondeau perform.

At Stampede the children had the Bouncers outside while inside the hall we had balloon animals, face painting and target shooting. It was a full day and a good time was had by all.

We have just held our Halloween party with over 330 tickets sold, with many grandparents in attendance.

This year for Christmas we are planning to have a family dance again.

These events would not be possible if it were not for the volunteers that came out.   Thank you for all your help.
